FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- David D. Smalley has been named Chief Financial Officer at Platte River Power Authority.
Smalley is a Certified Public Accountant with 16 years of experience in accounting and finance, including nearly 13 years with Platte River. For the past six years, Smalley has held the position of Financial Planning and Treasury Manager.
"Platte River is fortunate to have Dave Smalley as part of its staff," said General Manager Brian Moeck. "He has been an integral part of developing corporate strategic planning, analyses and strategies since he began his career at Platte River in 1993."
Smalley replaces retired CFO Robert P. Abiecunas.
