Platte River Power Authority's commitment to service goes beyond supplying reliable, environmentally responsible and financially sustainable energy and services. The new Energy Engagement Center offers the community opportunities to engage with Platte River staff, the region’s energy experts and policy leaders who are guiding a cleaner and more diverse energy future.

Connected to Platte River’s headquarters, the EEC features:

  • 5,726 total gross square footage for meetings and events
  • The ability to host between XXX (seated) and 350 people (standing)
  • ADA compliant facilities
  • Presentation capabilities, an elevated stage and pre-set room lighting packages
  • Limited kitchen facilities

Organizations from Platte River’s four owner communities – Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont and Loveland – may request use of the EEC during normal business hours for events pertaining to regional utility or energy-related topics such as policy forums, panel discussions, town hall meetings, professional trainings, collaborative meetings, news conferences, etc.
