Platte River Power Board of Directors Make Selections

Finalists for General Manager Position Announced

FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- Platte River Power Authority's Board of Directors narrowed its search to four general manager finalists in its process to replace Brian Moeck, who is retiring. The candidates include (in alphabetical order): Jason Frisbie, Chief Operating Officer, Platte River Power Authority; Bruce McCormick, Energy Services Officer, Colorado Springs Utilities; Tom Roiniotis, Executive Director, Longmont Power & Communications and current chairman of Platte River's Board of Directors; and Jacqueline Sargent, Senior Vice President, Power Supply and Market Operations, Austin Energy.

"We had a strong group of candidates to select from representing a variety of organizations around the country," said Estes Park Mayor Bill Pinkham, Vice Chairman of the Board. "Our goal is to find the best fit for Platte River and its four owner communities."

A public gathering including a panel discussion and short presentations by the candidates will be held from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, at the Rialto Theatre, 228 E. Fourth Street, Loveland. RSVP your name and city/town to communications@prpa.org before 5 p.m., Monday, July 23, if attending.
