is a subscriber to the webOASIS Service provided by the Open Access
Technology International, Inc. (OATI).
Platte
River
posts available transmission capacity for reservation on the OATI
webOASIS.
Approved transmission customers have
"open access" to the use of our transmission facilities and
can reserve capacity when it is available.
Transmission capacity can be reserved
hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, as available.
